We have a new Events Calendar & Registration and Room Reservation system, which has similar functionality to our previous platform, with the benefit of some better features.
Events Calendar & Registration features
- The calendar monthly view displays whether a program has openings, a waitlist, or is closed to registrations before you even need to click on the event
- The left side menu allows you to conduct keyword searches for programs and filter programs by age and/or program type
- For drop-in programs where no registration is required, there is a “Remind Me” function on the program details page that allows you to input your email address to receive a reminder email as the program approaches
Study and Meeting Room Reservation features
- You can make a reservation by room or day (previously you could only make it by day)
- Room capacities are more prominent when reserving a room
- See the equipment available in the Study and Conference Rooms when you click on “Room Details”
