To celebrate the Illinois bi-centennial this year, we are hosting a family-friendly photo contest open to CAPL cardholders ages 13 and up. Photos must have been taken in Illinois (at any time) and there is one entry per person. Photos must be 8 x 10 and may be in color or black and white. Submissions are due by Sunday, September 30, 2018. Photos will be displayed in the Library throughout the months of October and November. The winner will be determined by popular vote and announced on December 3, 2018, the anniversary date of Illinois statehood. The winner will receive a $25 Visa gift card. Entry forms are available online and at the Service Center.
