To prevent the spread of illness:
- Stay home; travel only when essential
- Especially stay home if you are sick and/or have flu-like symptoms (raised temperature, coughing, sneezing, body aches, etc.)
- Practice social distancing by putting 6ft of distance between yourself and others
- Use your sleeve or a tissue when coughing or sneezing
- Wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds with soap and water
