Using the Library

• Apply for a library card in person at the Service Center or online
• Search and browse through our books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, videogames, Library of Things collection, and more
• Use a public computer on a first-come, first-served basis with a time limit of one hour per day. CAPL cardholders are given priority
• Print, copy and fax from our equipment (minimal fees for supplies)  
• Reserve our Conference and/or Study Rooms
• Receive extended one-on-one help through our Book an Expert service by in-person or virtual appointment
• Donate materials during our regular hours
• Attend our various programs for all ages (most are in person; some are online via Zoom or video on demand)
• Set up an appointment to submit your passport application(s)

• Use our Drive-up Window as your holds pick-up location for your comfort and/or convenience. Watch our short video on how to set the Drive-up as your pick-up location  
• Receive Homebound Delivery (CAPL cardholders) who are unable to visit in person due to age or temporary or long-term illness or disability
